Check Status

You can check the status of your report or question using the access number you were given and the password you created when you submitted the report or question.

What happens after I make a report?

Once you have submitted a report, whether by the web, SMS text, or by telephone, Convercent prepares a report and electronically sends it immediately to members of the MetroHealth Ethics and Compliance Department for further review and/or investigation. The Ethics and Compliance team reviews all reports within 24 hours. If additional information is needed from the reporter, communication occurs via the Convercent system.
